Rumors have been circulating online over the past month that Eminem and Pink have a new collab on the way. It all started with Tony Travatto, the Senior VP/Programming of Channel 955 Morning Show in Detroit, who said he heard the record while out in NYC over the Summer. “I’m gonna tell you guys something crazy,” said one of the hosts. “Our boss Tony Travatto just came back from New York City where he was hanging out with his peeps. He says that there’s a new Eminem/Pink song coming out that he said is unbelievable.”
Well it looks like he was right, there appears to be a new Pink & Eminem collab dropping soon called “Revenge.” HHNM did some hardcore digging and found that the collab will be off Pink’s next album Beautiful Trauma, dropping October 13th.
It turns out a Taiwanese music store accidentally revealed the news by unveiling the album’s tracklist on their store’s website. They have since edited the features and removed Eminem’s name from the tracklist, but not before someone was able to catch a screenshot of it first. Another tweet reveals that the song might already have a music video shot for it as well, which we wouldn’t doubt. Apparently Pinks stylist posted a couple pics of a location where she was working with Pink and one of the pic shows a fridge with Eminem photos all over it, presumably from their video set.
Unfortunately, there’s no time table yet as for when we might expect to hear this “Revenge” collab, but at the very least we know it’ll be here October 13.
This won’t be Eminem & Pink’s first time working together either. The two previously collaborated on “Won’t Back Down” from the Em’s 2010 album Recovery and “Here Comes The Weekend,” off the singer’s sixth album The Truth About Love in 2012.
Check out the tweets and announcement (below) and keep your eyes peeled for the single to arrive. We’ll continue to keep you posted on details on Eminem’s forthcoming album which is currently in the works when they become available. Stay tuned.
